How much will delivery cost for my order?
The ANSC delivers through Australia Post. Customers can select from the following delivery options:
Regular Post – $10 flat rate
Express Post – $15 flat rate
Free Shipping for orders over $100 – this will be sent via regular post.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
What are the expected delivery times?
Delivery using regular post generally takes between 2 – 10 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days. Delivery using express post generally takes between 1 – 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Although this may be longer if you live outside the Australia Post express network. For further information regarding Australia Post express delivery times, please click here.
Once the ANSC receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email. You can track your delivery by logging into your account at our website.
Delivery times may vary. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery.
The ANSC will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.
Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.
The ANSC accepts international orders from several countries outside Australia. In the meantime, Please read our international shipping page for more details.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at the ANSC within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com or 1300 727 715 before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, We will only accept products in their original condition and packaging.
After returns are received in full, the ANSC will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
