The Australian Natural Soap Company delivers through Australia Post. Customers can select from the following delivery options, all are plastic free:
Orders under $65: Standard shipping is $9.50 .
Orders between $65 and $85: Standard shipping is just $4.50 – that’s less than a coffee these days.
Orders over $85: Free standard shipping applies!
Express Shipping: is available for $15

The Australian Natural Soap Company delivers through Australia Post and it’s international partners internationally. International shipping starts at $20. We do not offer free shipping internationally.
We ship to the following countries:

We ship all orders from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery using regular post generally takes between 2 – 10 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days. Delivery using express post generally takes between 1 – 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Although this may be longer if you live outside the Australia Post express network. For further information regarding Australia Post express delivery times, please click here.
Once the Australian Natural Soap Company receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email. You can track your delivery by logging into your account at our website.
Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday & Christmas. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery.
The Australian Natural Soap Company will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.
Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.

Shipping Protection Policy Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping Protection Coverage: At The Australian Natural Soap Company, we offer an optional Shipping Protection for a minimal fee of $1.50. This coverage guarantees that if your package encounters any issues during transit, including damage or loss, we will resend the items at no additional cost to you. Opting in for Shipping Protection at checkout ensures that your order is secured and prioritized for resolution.
2. Opt-Out Option: Customers have the option to opt out of Shipping Protection during the checkout process. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, any issues with the shipment such as loss or damage will be addressed at the discretion of The Australian Natural Soap Company. While we strive to support all our customers, claims for unprotected shipments may not automatically qualify for a resend.
3. Filing a Claim: To file a claim under the Shipping Protection, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. You will need to provide your order number and any relevant details or evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of damage, description of the issue). Our team will assess the claim and initiate the process to resend the affected items.
4. Discretionary Resends: For orders not covered by Shipping Protection, The Australian Natural Soap Company reserves the right to determine on a case-by-case basis whether to resend the order. Factors influencing this decision include the nature of the issue, customer order history, and available evidence suggesting mishandling or loss during shipping.
5. Limitations of Coverage: Shipping Protection does not cover issues that arise due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or situations where the customer fails to collect the delivery from a local depot if required. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to collect the order in a timely manner.
6. Changes to Terms: The Australian Natural Soap Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Shipping Protection service or its terms and conditions without prior notice. However, any changes will be communicated clearly on our website and will not affect orders that have already opted for Shipping Protection.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at the Australian Natural Soap Company within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@ansc.com.au or 1300 727 715 before returning any products. We do not accept change of mind as a return reason.
After returns are received in full, the Australian Natural Soap Company will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are deemed faulty.
