Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms of use are between you and the Australian Natural Soap Company (Pharmaoil Pty Ltd). They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refunds Policy and Delivery Options.
This website, online store and e-commerce platform is owned and operated by Pharmaoil Pty Ltd. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions, which apply to all products and services available on this website, as well as those that may be offered in the future.
When using this site, you agree to abide by the laws in Australia or any country you may be accessing it from. The services offered are not available to children (persons under 13 years of age) or to any user whose use has been suspended or revoked by the company. If you are under 13 years of age, you can use the services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
1. Sale Period Terms & Conditions
Warehouse Clearance Sale
Products purchased during the ANSC Warehouse Clearance Sale are subject to the following conditions:
- Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for Warehouse Clearance Sale items.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not perform as expected, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Warehouse Clearance items are available while stocks last and certain products may sell out without notice.
- No discount codes are valid during the sale period.
Promotional Pricing & Discounts
- All promotional offers, discounts, and pricing during the Warehouse Clearance Sale are offered at ANSC’s discretion.
- ANSC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or correct promotions, discounts, or pricing errors where a technical issue, misuse of discount codes, or incorrect pricing occurs.
- Where this happens, ANSC may cancel the affected order and provide a refund to the original payment method.
2. Pre-Order Policy
ANSC offers pre-orders on selected products that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. Please read the following carefully before placing a pre-order:
Shipping of Pre-Order Items
Important: If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will not be dispatched until that pre-order item becomes available. This applies even if your order also includes in-stock items.
- Orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
- ANSC will notify you via email once your pre-order item is available and your order has been dispatched.
- Estimated availability dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change.
- If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
- Pre-order items are subject to the same returns and refunds policy as standard products.
3. Shipping Policy
Standard Processing Times
Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak sale periods (Black Friday, Warehouse Clearance, Stocktake, Christmas), processing may extend to 5–15 business days.
Shipping During the Warehouse Clearance Sale
- Due to increased order volume, please allow 2–10 business days for processing and dispatch.
- Orders are packed and processed in the order they are received.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier network demand.
4. Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Australian Natural Soap Company. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Solutions may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund or store credit at ANSC’s discretion, as required under Australian Consumer Law
Change-of-Mind Returns
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Warehouse Clearance Sale items.
- For non-clearance products, change-of-mind returns may be considered at ANSC’s discretion, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and the request is made within a reasonable timeframe.
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may not be refundable.
- Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene requirements.
5. Shipping Protection
ANSC offers an optional Shipping Protection service for $2.98 at checkout. This optional service does not replace or limit any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
- Coverage: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, ANSC will resend the items at no additional cost.
- Claims must be lodged within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date by contacting our customer service team with your order number and relevant evidence (e.g. photos of damage).
- Shipping Protection does not cover issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a local depot.
- For orders without Shipping Protection, claims are assessed case-by-case at ANSC’s discretion.
- ANSC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Shipping Protection service, with any changes communicated clearly on our website.
6. Product Availability & Natural Variations
Product Availability
Because our products are natural and made in small batches, we will on rare occasions be unable to supply your desired products immediately. If this occurs, we will contact you to provide an alternative option, an updated dispatch timeline, or a refund.
Natural Product Variations
- Because our soaps and skincare are made using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur between batches.
- These natural variations do not affect product quality or performance and are not considered product faults.
7. Website Content
The Australian Natural Soap Company presents information and content on this website including articles, opinions, statistics, product information, photographs, graphics, videos and audio files, as well as user generated content. This content is provided for general information purposes only and should not be regarded as advice, including legal or medical advice.
- ANSC cannot guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of content on this website.
- User generated content submitted to the website cannot always be reviewed before posting. ANSC does not endorse such content and accepts no responsibility for it.
- Our website may include links to third-party websites. ANSC is not responsible for the material, availability, or any damage caused by visiting those sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by Pharmaoil Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may print content for personal and non-commercial use only. Any republication or redistribution of content, including on another website, must be attributed to the Australian Natural Soap Company.
By providing information or posting content on the website, you grant the company an unrestricted and royalty-free right and licence to use that content for any purpose in relation to any product.
9. User Registration
- We offer one customer account per person. You must provide true and current information about yourself as requested and update it accordingly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your username or password.
10. The Products
The Australian Natural Soap Company offers a range of natural skincare products. By using our products you agree to have read the ingredient list and confirmed you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend trying the product on a small patch of skin if you are unsure.
11. GST
A GST of 10% will be added to the total cost of your products and delivery on all orders delivered to an Australian address.
12. Promotional Competitions
Win Back Your Order — Terms
- One (1) order placed between 9am AEST Tuesday 24 June and 8:59am AEST Thursday 26 June 2025 will be randomly selected to receive a full refund.
- Maximum refund value is $500 AUD.
- The winner will be contacted via email by Friday 27 June 2025.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Open to Australian residents only.
- ANSC reserves the right to verify entries and cancel the promotion if required.
- The winner will be selected by rolling multiple 20-sided dice on camera for transparency.
