1. For a deeper cleanse: lather on wet skin and let the charcoal sit for 20 to 30 seconds before rinsing.
2. The activated charcoal draws most effectively with time — do not rush the rinse.
3. Ideal after gardening, cooking, or any activity that leaves residue in the skin.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Charcoal has no residue but needs a full rinse to clear.
5. Use 2 to 3 times per week for a maintenance detox, or daily as a hand soap.
